Nuevo número de International Higher Education (IHE)
Abril 4, 2019
Dear IHE subscriber,

We are pleased to send you our Spring 2019 issue of International Higher Education (IHE). We feature several foci, including a series of articles on China and on internationalization. We are happy to publish contributions of three of our Fall 2018 visiting scholars at the Center for International Higher Education: Fulbright scholar Hakan Ergin from Turkey, Milena Benitez from Chile, and Zhou Yang from China.

In this issue, we cover an unprecedented number of countries, including Argentina, Cambodia, Chile, China, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Laos, Panama, and Vietnam–which shows the large geographic spread of our authors. This is one of the strengths of IHE, allowing us to provide you with insights into a wide range of countries and regions, in particular among developing economies.

Happy reading!

Philip G. Altbach, Editor

Hans de Wit, Associate Editor
