Comparative and International Higher Education (CIHE)

Call for Region-Focused Articles

The Higher Education Special Interest Group (HESIG) of the Comparative and International Education Society is now receiving manuscripts for the region-focused issues of Comparative and International Higher Education(CIHE) (ISSN 2151-0393, eISSN 2151-0407). CIHE publishes articles on higher education topics in the following regions: Africa, Asia/Pacific, Europe, Latin America, Middle East and North Africa, and United States and Canada. Interested contributors are invited to submit an editable, electronic version of an original manuscript (no more than 2,500 words in length in MS Word®) that has not been published and is not under consideration elsewhere. Due to a partnership between CIHE and University World News (UWN), the articles published in CIHE could have the chance to be republished in UWN.

CIHE follows The Chicago Manual of Style, 16^th Edition B (a link to The Chicago Manual of Style online website can be found at: http://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org/contents.html). Specific reference examples can be found in published articles available at: http://higheredsig.org/publications. Authors, please pay particular attention to style details of citations and reference elements; use of acronyms; font type and size; and presentation of tables and figures. A model manuscript is attached to this message as a guide. In addition, please send your contributions with a cover letter addressed to the editors with the title of the manuscript, indicating that it is original, it has not been published, and it is not under consideration by another publication. Include full names, institutional affiliation, and email of all authors.
